Tolbert's Office Headquarters

As Jade and Tanner work a lot from their home, we wanted to create a space that was inspiring and a little funkier than the rest of their house. They were open to the idea of wallpaper, as seen in their Master Bedroom, so we wanted to push them a little in this space. We partnered with Apt2B to bring their home office dreams to life. Ready for the transformation?

Their office housed all of their old office furniture when we first saw it, and leftover furniture from their old house that they didn't have a spot for.

Just as we did with every other room, we started with 3D renderings to make sure we were all on the same page and all loved the design. They only needed one desk for both of them, but wanted to make sure there was additional seating in the room for podcasting or visitors. We also wanted to create interest on the wall opposite the door, to have a focal point when first walking into the space.

Jade and Tanner had the carpet switched out for hardwood to match the rest of their home, so we selected this really cool knotted rug to anchor the space. The bookshelves perfectly flanked the windows and were a wonderful opportunity for styling. They had a large round mirror they wanted to incorporate, so we had it hung over this console - check out those to die for brass details! We wanted a larger desk for the space, so we chose a dining table to place in the center of the room. These comfortable lounge chairs were the perfect addition to allow guests to hang out in their office, and the desk chair opposite has incredible, structured lines. The chandelier and wallpaper were the only two items that were not sourced from Apt2B, and they both were great ways to really pull in a funky vibe that is not seen in the rest of their home.
