We are so excited to announce our project with Becca Tilley that we have had under wraps for months! It has been such a blast working with Becca and even more dreamy collaborating with her on the design of her new home. As we wrap up the design phase and dive into ordering and implementing, we thought it would be fun to share some "before" photos of the space, and some inspiration pictures we have used to guide the design.
This is what the living room looked like at our initial meeting in the space. Full of potential, a blank slate ready for us to bring to life.
We knew this needed to be a cozy space, perfect for entertaining, as well as inviting for a quiet night home with her pup, Phoebe. This photo below shows some inspiration for the overall design. We wanted to create the perfect blend of cozy textures, feminine touches, and a cohesive design.
The dining room is definitely going to be one of my favorite spots in Becca's house. We used a mix of wood tones and acrylic and touches of natural fibers to create the perfect spot for a dinner party.
Jute, acrylic, and caramel leather tones will all make an appearance in this space.
Her office was actually the first space we designed. We pulled inspiration from natural textures, greenery, and pops of fun colors throughout.
This image below was one of the first we pulled when thinking of the vibe we wanted to create in the space.
Light, airy, and of course feminine was the direction for the Master Bedroom. Lots of light accents, and touches of gold brought us to a final design that we are all drooling over.
Here's a glimpse of the direction we took, we can't wait to show you the actual pieces we selected!
You may have noticed a loft area up in the Master, such a cozy space to curl up and read a book, you'll see that later, but for now, let's talk outdoor patio.
Market lights, cozy sofa, and throw pillows?! This is going to be the perfect entertaining spot.
We're so excited to share this exciting news with you and cannot wait to show you more behind the scenes and eventually the final product! Let us know in the comments what you would like to see and hear about throughout the project.
XO,
Caitlin
